We want all of our customers to be totally satisfied with their orders. If you’re not 100% in love with your print or have any concerns with your order that fall outside of these T&C’s, please contact us and we’ll work with you to make it right.
Placing Orders
When placing an Order for Goods available on Setlistposter.com, You may be asked to supply certain information relevant to Your Order including, without limitation, Your name, Your email, Your phone number, Your credit card number, the expiration date of Your credit card, Your billing address, and Your shipping information.
You represent and warrant that: (i) You have the legal right to use any credit or debit card(s) or other payment method(s) in connection with any Order; and that (ii) the information You supply to us is true, correct and complete. By submitting such information, You grant us the right to provide the information to payment processing third parties for purposes of facilitating the completion of Your Order. As we exclusively use secured 3rd party payment providers (e.g. Stripe), we do not see any of your credit card info or other payment service personal information.
Orders are placed and received exclusively via the Website. Before ordering from us, it is Your responsibility to check and determine the full ability to receive the Goods. All information asked on the checkout page must be filled in accurately. We will not be held responsible for a missed delivery because of a wrong delivery address or an inappropriate email address, etc.
Changes & Order Cancellations
Once your order has been lodged for fulfilment with our printers, it is not possible to cancel or edit. This happens very quickly after you click the “Place Order” button. For this reason, all orders submitted are deemed approved by you and are final.
If you’ve made a mistake on your poster or shipping address, email us at hello@setlistposter.com asap and reference your order number in the email. We are not obligated to make changes or cancel your order but will do our best to help when possible.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the customized/personalized nature of the posters, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.
From time to time goods can go missing, get damaged in transit or be subject to print error. To issue a replacement on that basis, contact hello@setlistposter.com. Replacement of Goods and/or potential refunds to you for Goods claimed as damaged or not received are subject to Our investigation and discretion. In most instances, we will replace the erroneous Goods with new Goods or possibly issue a refund. We will review the replacement of Goods / refund requests within 21 days of a placed order. Refund requests will be processed within seven working days.
Products that have been kept for longer than 21 days may not be replaced or refunded. Similarly, we are not responsible for orders that do not arrive on time for a specific occasion/holiday, products that are accidentally ordered/now unwanted, products that do not arrive due to incorrect shipping information you provide, or spelling errors made by you.
Print Variations
A note about quality: sometimes your print may differ slightly than what is presented in the poster editor. Due to variations in how individual computer screens display colors, variations in inks used across different printers, differences in how web browsers display spacing, etc. it’s impossible to guarantee 100% accuracy. Also, the printers we use cut the posters with a 4mm bleed on all sides, so the borders may appear slightly smaller in-person than presented on-screen.
Regarding Digital Files, the paper you choose to print on can affect the colors in your poster. On matte /uncoated paper, colors will typically appear less bright and can vary significantly to what is displayed on-screen as matte paper absorbs ink. For best results, we suggest printing on uncoated / semi-gloss paper.
By ordering a product with Setlistposter.com, you are agreeing that you acknowledge these potential variations and products attempting to be returned for such reasons may not be eligible for a return. We guarantee a high-quality product, however, these nuances are out of our control.
Order Cancellation
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order at any time for certain reasons including but not limited to:
- Goods availability
- Errors in the description or prices for Goods
- Errors in Your Order
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Your Order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected. If your order is refused or cancelled, We will provide You a full refund.
Not Official Band Merchandise
Setlistposter.com is not affiliated with any bands/artists and does not offer any official licensed logos, fonts, imagery, etc. at this point in time.
Not For Resale
All Goods procured through this website (digital and printed) are provided for personal use only, customized / designed by the User, intended for that individual (or gift recipients) and NOT for resale or commercial use of any kind.
Content You Provide
You are solely responsible and liable for the content You provide for QR Code activation/enablement and the content you enter in the making of your poster. You guarantee that all content You provide: 1) does not infringe intellectual property rights or the personal privacy of Setlisposter.com and/or third parties; 2) does not contain (sexually) intimidating, offensive, discriminating, harassing or otherwise controversial messages; 3) does not conflict with good morals or good taste, is not violent, nor contains a link to pornographic material; and 4) is not unlawful or harmful to third parties or Setlistposter.com.
We store the URL link You provide for QR code activation/enablement on our hosting company’s secure servers. We respect your privacy and will not access the associated media for purposes other than troubleshooting a faulty QR code nor use your personal content (e.g. photos, videos) in any way or claim any rights to your personal content or any content you associate with the QR Code other than that content already of the Company.
The QR Code on Goods provided by the Company does NOT come password protected – anyone with a QR code reader can access the link/media you associate with the QR code(s) on Your Goods. As such, any media/URL that you assign to your QR code is accepted by You as being accessible to anyone.
Availability, Errors and Inaccuracies
We are constantly updating Our offerings of Goods on the Service. The Goods available on Our Service may be mispriced, described inaccurately, or unavailable, and We may experience delays in updating information regarding our Goods on the Service and in Our advertising on other websites. We cannot and do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of any information, including prices, product images, specifications, availability, and services. We reserve the right to change or update information and to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to amend the specifications of Goods, their price and packaging without prior notice. We use our best efforts to represent the Goods accurately with the best images but, unfortunately, cannot guarantee that colors, sizes and details in website images are 100% accurate representations of the Goods.
Prices Policy
The Company reserves the right to revise its prices at any time prior to accepting an Order. The prices quoted may be revised by the Company subsequent to accepting an Order in the event of any occurrence affecting delivery caused by government action, variation in customs duties, increased shipping charges, higher foreign exchange costs and any other matter beyond the control of the Company. In that event, You will have the right to cancel Your Order.
Delivery
We deliver to Users/Customers to most places in the world. Standard worldwide shipping costs are included, though additional charges may be added to the order for remote or difficult to access locations that require special attention. Standard and expedited delivery charges are shown on our checkout page; however, we reserve the right to advise you of any additional delivery charges that apply to your specific delivery address.
We cannot guarantee delivery dates and accept no responsibility, apart from advising you of any known delay, for Goods that are delivered after the estimated delivery date. Standard delivery times are shown on the Site. It is only an average estimation, and some delivery can take longer, or alternatively be delivered much faster. All delivery estimates given at the time of placing and confirming order are subject to change. In any case, we will do our best to contact you and advise you of all the changes. We try our best to make delivery of Goods as simple as possible.
Sales Tax & Customs
You are responsible for the payment of sales tax (as applicable within each jurisdiction) and custom duties (as applicable within each jurisdiction), where applicable. The Company will not be held responsible for any such sales taxes and/or customs duties.
Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by You or other users), features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of the Company and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the Country and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of the Company.
Your Feedback to Us
You assign all rights, title and interest in any Feedback You provide the Company. If for any reason such assignment is ineffective, You agree to grant the Company a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty free, worldwide right and license to use, reproduce, disclose, sub-license, distribute, modify and exploit such Feedback without restriction.

Our Service may contain links to third-party web sites or services that are not owned or controlled by the Company. The Company has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third party web sites or services.
