Where can I find the setlist from my show?
A simple Google search that includes the band name, venue, location, date and the word “setlist” should direct you to a few free websites with the info you need!
If not, try the band’s official website or Instagram page. Unofficial fan pages on the web and Instagram are also a great resource.
Are Setlistposter.com posters official band merchandise?
No. We are not affiliated with any bands and do not offer any official licensed band logos, fonts, imagery, etc. at this point in time.
Can I request a custom print?
We do not offer custom designs (e.g. different colors, layouts, fonts, etc.) at this stage. However, we’re open to suggestions/improvements! Please let us know what you’d like to see by messaging hello@setlistposter.com.
I'd like a Digital Poster. How quickly after purchase can I access the PDF file?
Immediately. Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a link to a high-resolution, print-ready PDF file that you can download and print straight away.
Can I resell posters I create?
No. Setlisposter.com is for personal (non-commercial) use only.
If you’re representing a band / artist that would like to offer officially licensed posters (with band logo, font, imagery, etc.) on our site, please contact us: hello@setlistposter.com.
I made a mistake on my order. What can I do?
Once your order has been lodged for fulfilment with our printers, it is not possible to cancel or edit. This happens very quickly after you click the “Place Order” button.
If you’ve made a mistake on your poster or shipping address, email us at hello@setlistposter.com asap and reference your order number in the email. We will do our best to help when possible.
