If not, try the band’s official website or Instagram page.  Unofficial fan pages on the web and Instagram are also a great resource.

No.  We are not affiliated with any bands and do not offer any official licensed band logos, fonts, imagery, etc. at this point in time.

We do not offer custom designs (e.g. different colors, layouts, fonts, etc.) at this stage.  However, we’re open to suggestions/improvements!  Please let us know what you’d like to see by messaging hello@setlistposter.com.

Immediately.  Once your payment is processed, you’ll receive a link to a high-resolution, print-ready PDF file that you can download and print straight away.

If you’re representing a band / artist that would like to offer officially licensed posters (with band logo, font, imagery, etc.) on our site, please contact us: hello@setlistposter.com.

Once your order has been lodged for fulfilment with our printers, it is not possible to cancel or edit.  This happens very quickly after you click the “Place Order” button.

If you’ve made a mistake on your poster or shipping address, email us at hello@setlistposter.com asap and reference your order number in the email.  We will do our best to help when possible.

Yes, slightly.  If you’d like to have a play with the poster builder prior to entering the event details, you can do so on desktop.

If you’ll be adjusting down the Band Name or Setlist, that’s also best done on desktop as you can see the poster while you add lines.

Use “Enter” to split the band name over 2-3 lines and the “- +” to scale the font size.

If the Band Name isn’t displaying correctly over multiple lines, try decreasing the font size until it does.

Yes!  You can move the Band Name down the poster by adding lines above the name.  Just press “Enter” with the cursor to the left of the name.

Continue to add lines until the Band Name displays the way you’d like!

Yes!  You can move the Setlist down the poster by adding lines below the Band Name (in the Band Name text box).  Just press “Enter” with the cursor to the right of the Band Name.

Yes! Use the “- +” to scale the setlist to fit and adjust the layout to your liking.

By adding a QR code, you’ll be able to access any URL address you choose from your poster – just paste the link in the box provided!

This is typically a Shared Photo Album of personal photos and videos taken at the concert or a YouTube video of the concert or a Spotify album/playlist, etc.  When someone scans the QR code with their phone, it’ll take them there!

No!  You can do this whenever you’d like, before or after the poster arrives.

Just enable the QR code when building your poster and leave the url box blank.  When you’re ready to add a url, click the QR activation link provided in your order confirmation email or scan the poster’s QR code for instructions.

Once complete, we’ll send you a confirmation email with a link you can use to update the poster’s QR code at any time.

To generate a link for the QR code, you’ll need to activate the “Public Website” option in the album – go to 2:50 in the video to see this explained.

Once activated, copy the Public Website link and paste it into your poster’s QR Code Activation form.

The process is similar with Google Photos.  Just create a new shared album, then “add photos” of the show, then click “share”, then click “share to”, then “create link”, click the “link” icon in the top left of your screen, then click “copy link” and you’re ready to paste a link to your shared album into the QR Code form we provided!

The QR Code does NOT come password protected – anyone with a QR code reader can access the link/media you associate with that QR code. So it’s important to only link content to your poster’s QR code that you’re comfortable for anyone to see.

No.  We store the url link you provide for QR code activation on our hosting company’s secure servers. We respect your privacy and do not access, claim any rights to or use your personal content in any way.

We use Google Pay and Stripe, secure 3rd party payment gateways that accept most major debit and credit cards from around the world.

You can complete your purchase in either USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or AUD.

The default currency is USD.  To avoid unnecessary conversion fees with your bank/credit card, at checkout, be sure the correct currency is selected from the currency drop down in the top right of the site prior to completing your purchase.

This doesn’t happen often, but in some rare cases your order confirmation may not reach you. This could be due to a typo in the email address you provided, or your email client rejecting the email. Please check your spam folder for the confirmation, and search for emails from us @setlistposter.com.

Our posters are printed with premium inks on thick and long-lasting, 200 gsm/ 80 lb semi-glossy (silk), museum-quality paper.  They’re clear, sharp and present extremely well.

The posters should closely resemble what you see on screen. Though, due to variations in how individual computer screens display colors, variations in inks used across different printers, differences in how web browsers display spacing, etc. it’s impossible to guarantee 100% accuracy.

Also, the printers we use cut the posters with a 4mm bleed on all sides, so the borders may appear slightly smaller in-person.

On matte /uncoated paper, as the paper absorbs ink, colors will appear less bright and can differ significantly to what appears on screen.

We offer beautiful, lightweight wooden frames in two sizes (12×16 and 20×28) and two color options (black and natural wood) and a black metal frame in both the 12×16 and 20×28 sizes.  Frames for the USA market are 1.9 cm/0.75″ thick and 20-25 mm /0.79″–0.98″ in the rest of the world.

They come with shatterproof, transparent plexiglass and include a hanging kit, to hang indoors.

Wooden framed posters come pre-mounted, ready to hang.  Metal framed posters come unmounted.

Be sure to remove all of the packaging prior to mounting the poster in your frame.  The plexiglass used may carry a protective film and this is often applied to both the front and the back of the glass. This often has a blue hue to it. These protective films can be mistaken for scratches, bubbles, or a colored cast to a print/glass.  Take care to remove this film prior to framing your print.

Standard shipping is included, worldwide.  Shipping times can vary depending on where you want your poster to be delivered and peak delivery periods. Please note that these times are estimates and outside of our control.

Standard Shipping – typically arrives within 8-12 business days from order

Express Shipping – typically arrives within 6-8 business days from order

If you need your poster immediately and are happy to source a local printer and frame, a Digital Poster (PDF download) may be your best bet!

For shipping to the USA, Europe, Australia and most other parts of the world it’s best to order by the 12th December if shipping Standard and 16th December if shipping Express.  These dates are estimates provided by our printing partners – though they are typically accurate, we are unable to guarantee.

Digital Posters are available for download immediately after purchase.

The frames come pre-packed with corners and film and then packed in a box with strong edges to protect the frames. I-beams are used in addition, to give the package additional sturdiness and for multi-item orders (max 3 frames in one package).

The metal framed posters are shipped together but packaged separately in an inner paperboard folder (max 10 posters in one inner folder).

Plexiglass used in metal frames may also carry a protective film and this is often applied to both the front and the back of the glass. This often has a blue hue to it. These protective films can be mistaken for scratches, bubbles, or a colored cast to a print/glass.

Posters without frames are shipped in sturdy packaging (either flat or tube) to protect the poster.

This is not the usual experience but, from time to time, goods can go missing, get damaged in transit or be subject to print error.

To issue a replacement or refund on that basis, contact hello@setlistposter.com within 21 days of a placed order.  In most instances, we will replace the erroneous goods with new goods or issue a refund.
